CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests must be raised before the order is shipped.

Once an order status moves to Shipped, cancellation is not allowed under any circumstances.

Delivered and Cancelled orders are treated as locked records in our system and cannot be reopened or converted to other statuses.
